House Mouse Happy Bathday

Materials

A few sheets of cream pearlised card
Thin pink ribbon
House Mouse project book with CD Rom

In other words CD Rom
Foam pads
Foam tape
Double sided tape
Pinflair Glue gel

 

Step One

Print out the decoupage and backing paper from project number 4

 

Step Two

Print out backing sheet from the”In other words” CD Rom – you will find this in the quotes and toppers section.

With your pearlised card, make a card blank measuring 21cm wide x 21.6cm long.
 

 

Step Three

Cut some more pearlised card measuring 20.4cm wide x 20.9cm long.

Cut the floral backing paper measuring 20cm wide x 20.3cm long

Attach the backing paper to the card with double sided tape, leaving a border of approx 3cm all round.

Wrap pink ribbon around the whole thing and tie a bow.
 

 

Step Four

Using double sided tape, attach this to your card blank making sure you match the longer and shorter sides.

 

Step Five

Cut some more pearlised card measuring 17.5cm x 15cm, and some of the tile backing paper measuring 16.9cm x 14.5cm. Attach the backing paper to the card using double sided tape, and then add the whole piece towards the top of your card using foam tape.

 

Step Six

Cut some pearlised card measuring 12.5cm x 10.5cm, and attach this to your card as shown using double sided tape.

Add the backing picture, followed by the layers of decoupage using either Pinflair glue gel or foam pads..

 

Step Seven

Complete your card by adding the Happy Birthday greeting with double sided tape.

If you really want to add some dimension, cut up an old towel and add a piece as an embellishment.

If you want to use a smaller card, make sure you adjust the sizes accordingly.
