Materials

2 A4 sheets JS Stardream Card – I used Citrine.
2 A4 sheet JS Elegance Satin Paper 160gsm.
1 A4 sheet JS Gold Mirri Card.
1 A4 sheet 100/120gsm paper for insert.
Optional – 1 A4 sheet of 160gsm thin card for template.
Sticky Stuff – I used Double Sided Tape and Foam Pads.
JS Daisy & Friends at Christmas CD.

Step One

Print out the largest topper and the matching backing sheet.

Mount the topper gold mirri card and then onto Stardream card. The mounted topper should measure approximately 9cms x 15cms.

Step Two

Using an A4 sheet of JS Stardream card, landscape orientation, measure, mark, score, and cut as shown.

Optional – using 160gsm thin card make an identical template.

Step Three

Cut a piece of backing paper for the front of the card 1cm smaller on all four sides. It is easier to do this using a template.

Step Four

Mount the backing paper onto a piece of JS gold mirri card leaving a 0.5cm border on all four sides.

Step Five

Using double sided tape attach the backing paper to the front of the card.

Step Six

Mount the topper at an angle on the front of the card. I used foam pads to add depth.

Step Seven

Optional – To make an insert. Choose a sentiment from the sentiments section, copy and import it into a graphics or word processing programme. How to do this is explained on the CD. Change the orientation to landscape and position the sentiment at the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Trim the insert to fit the card.

This card will fit in a C5 envelope.
